The Homestead Cabin

The Homestead Cabin was built as a dream house in a dream location!
Crafted from the original one hundred year old log homestead structure, the logs were restacked to create a state of the art recycled home. Attention to detail, design and materials are the hallmark of this new cabin with an old ambiance. The Great Room has over 20 windows which flood the cabin with wonderful light and scenic views, bringing the great out-of-doors inside! Twelve additional antique leaded glass windows decorate the entry hallway.

Kitchen and Dining Room

The exquisite kitchen has all custom fir cabinets, breakfast bar and tile countertops. It is equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, blender and all the kitchen and dishware items you would ever need.

The antique dining table seats six to eight people.

Master bedroom and bath

The master bedroom has a log queen bed. The quality mattress and bedding create a standard of sleeping comfort you are sure to appreciate.
The French Doors open to the rock walkway that leads up to the hot tub.

The fully tiled bath has a walk-in double shower. Leaded glass dormer windows are just one of the extra details that make this a custom home.

The Daylight Basement

The daylight basement offers additional sleeping space on queen size and/or full size bed. The wainscot pine walls are accented with an international mask collection and the southern facing windows provide plenty of light. The rock fireplace creates a romantic atmosphere!

A half bath is located conveniently at the top of the stairs.

The Backyard

The expansive backyard is a truly spectacular setting! Framed by mature evergreen forests, aspens and mountain views, visits from wildlife are quite common. There is a deck complete with lawn furniture, gas grill and new hot tub.

It's pure joy to relax in the hot tub!
